摘要
分析了三辊卷板机工作原理,对三辊卷板机卷制0°~30°锥度卷板工艺进行了理论计算。同时优化设计了卷板机传动机构,实现锥形圆筒角度的无级可调,降低了劳动强度,从而提高了生产率。
The working principles of three-roller bending machine were analyzed, and its bending crafts of 0° -30° taper cylinder on three-roller bending machine is calculated theoretically. And the drive frameworks of bending machine were designed in optimization, which realized a step-less adjustment of taper cylinder angle, and decreased labor power and increased production efficiency.
