新生儿性别对产妇的身心影响

The Sex of Newly-born Babies has an Influenceon Lying-in Women

目的探讨新生儿性别对产妇的身心影响。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和调查问卷方式对346例产妇进行评定，并对比产后出血量、产后宫缩、乳汁分泌的差异。结果新生儿为女性的产妇SCL-90得分较高，产后出血量也较多，尤其经产妇明显（P〈0．01）。结论对切盼男婴的产妇应加强孕产期的心理咨询服务。

Objective To inquire into the influence that the newly-born babies have on the lying-in women＇s physical and mental health. Methods To make an estimation over 346 lying-in women by using symptom estimation table（SCL-90）and research-questioning papers,Meanwhile,make a contrast with the differences between post-partum, post-uterine and milk secretion, Results The lying-in women with girl-babies have-high scores（SCL-90）, besides,their post-partum is much more, especially for those lying-in women with several gravidity（P〈0.01）,Conelusion We should strengthen the counselling services in pregnant period for the lying-in women who are eager for male-babies（boys）.
