教师有两大基本职责:一是教书,一是育人,作为高校教师队伍重要组成部分的青年教师,要努力提高自身的道德修养,为教书育人打下坚实的基础。加强高校青年教师的师德建设对于我国教育事业的发展和社会的进步有重大的理论意义和实践意义。

There are two responsibilities for teachers, they are imparting knowledge and educating people. Young teachers, as an important component in the college teacher ranks, should try hard to improve the moral accomplishment of oneself, thus to lay the foundation for imparting knowledge and educating people. It has theoretical and practical significance for developing education and society advancement to improve the morality fostering for young college teachers.
