石碳酸烧灼治疗霉菌性角膜溃疡的疗效观察及护理

The therapeutic effect and nursing of carbol in treatment of fungal corneal ulcer

目的探讨用1．3％石碳酸烧灼角膜溃疡创面及结膜下注射并联合药物包眼治疗霉菌性角膜溃疡的疗效及护理。方法对76例临床确诊的霉菌性角膜溃疡患者随机分成两组，观察组44例用1．3％石碳酸烧灼角膜溃疡创面及结膜下注射氟康唑，并与对照组作比较。结果44例中所有患者溃疡愈合，病程缩短，有效率达100％，效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论石碳酸烧灼清创联合结膜下注氟康唑治疗霉菌性角膜溃疡是一种较为安全、有效的方法，可明显提高治愈率，值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect and nursing of 1.3% carbol cauterizing wound surface of corneal ulcer and subconjunctival injecting fluconazol and enveloping eyes in the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer. Methods 76 patients with fungal corneal ulcer were divided into testing group （44 pateints with 1.3% carbol cauterizing wound surface of fungal corneal ulcer and subconjunctival injecting fluconazol） and control group （32 patients） randomly. Results Corneal ulcer healing occurred on testing group all 44 patients, and the course of disease was shorten, the effective power is 100% that surpassed the control group obviously （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion Carbol cauterizing wound surface of corneal ulcer and subconjunctival injecting fluconazol is safe and effective for fungal keratitis.
