摘要 建(构)筑物倾斜的原因是多种多样的,在对其进行纠倾时必须分析正确。目前常见的纠倾方法主要有迫降法和顶升法两类,其中迫降法是应用最广的一种纠倾方法,同时根据施工工艺和纠偏原理的差异又衍生了许多纠倾方法。本文介绍了常见的最新纠倾方法及其特点,讨论了其适用性,并就古建筑物、烟囱、高层建筑物等特殊建筑物的纠倾方式做了介绍。 Various reasons can be used to explain the deviation of building and they must be reassured before its deviation rectification construction. There are two kinds of building incline-rectifying, that is, forced settlement rectification method and upright rectification method, while the first is the most popular method in building deviation rectification. Meanwhile, some subdivisions are made according to construction method and deviation rectification principle. Some familiar incline-rectifying methods and their characteristic are introduced in this paper. Incline-rectifying technology is different when used in some special building, such as ancient building, chimney and tall building.
