大学生心理健康跟踪调查研究

An Investigation about Mental Health of Undergraduate Students

目的跟踪了解大学生心理健康状况,提高大学生心理适应及处理应激的能力。方法2006年在浙江大学大二、大三、大四学生入学时15703名本科新生的MMPI-2测验基础上,以分层抽样方式,随机抽取623名大学生作跟踪调查和比较研究,以MMPI-2再测结果为依据,从群体和个体层面描述大学新生的心理健康状况。结果大多数学生人格特征稳定或趋向不断地完善,有部分学生由于环境适应后状况较原来有好转,F、K、D、Hy、Pd、Pa、Pt、Sc、Ma、Si、Mf分量表前后测试有统计学意义(p<0.01或p<0.05)。结论大学生的心理健康水平与人格特征密切相关,影响大学生心理健康的因素是非常复杂的,是生理、心理、社会诸因素共同作用于个体的结果,环境对大学生心理健康有着重要的影响。

Objective To follow up on mental health of college students, and to analyze factors of psychological crisis, and to raise the ability of college students to readapt, and to handle and to cope with stress. Method In order to descript the mental health status of college students, 623 college students were randomly selected for follow-up surveys and comparative studies to MMPI-2 based on the results of test-retest, on the basis of MMPI-2 test to the sophomore, junior and senior students enrolled in undergraduate, in Zhejiang University in 2006. Results The personality characteristics most students tend to keep stable or improving. And some students＇ psychological health is better than the original because of adapting to the environment. Conclusion The psychological health of college students and the level of personality characteristics are closely related. And the influence factors to the mental health of college students are very complex, including physical, psychological and social factors and the environment has an important impact on the mental health of college students.
