摘要
为提高压气站整体使用效率,科学使用和管理压气站,研究压气站故障诊断方法十分必要。文章根据征兆(组合)与故障(组合)之间的复杂关系以及各自的特点,采用了相应的方法克服其难点并建立了故障知识库。采用"征兆→多种可能的故障→征兆→确诊故障"的推理逻辑,并在推理过程中采用了搜索策略和控制策略,进行压气站机械设备故障智能诊断技术研究。
To improving total utilization efficiency of compressor stations and utilizing and managing the stations rationally, research on fault diagnostic methods of compressor stations seems rather important. By analyzing complicated relationship between symptoms and faults and their own different features, we adopted corresponding measures to overcome difficulties and developed a fault diagnosis knowledge base. Moreover, according to the logical inference of 'symptom→possible faults→symptom→fault shooting ' , combined with searching strategy and controlling strategy, study on intelligent fault diagnosis system for equipments of compressor station are made.
