Economic Analysis on Position Selection of LNG Processing Plant

鉴于工厂选位与选址的不同,吸取了近年来液化天然气(LNG)加工厂选位研究的成果,对LNG加工厂选位方案、管道输送、LNG转运、物流与销售等问题进行了分析,提出了LNG加工厂不宜按"靠近气源"而应按"产品销售、投入产出、快速接近市场"的原则选位的新思路,以及宜在物流交通便利、区位好及城市附近选点建厂的结论。

Position selection is different from site selection. Based on research results on LNG processing plant position selection in recent years, some problems including LNG processing plant position selecting plan, pipeline transportation, LNG transfer, logistics and sales are analyzed. Specifically speaking, principle of 'product sales, input and output, approaching market quickly' should be taken as a new thought for position selection of LNG processing plant instead of the principle of 'approaching gas resource' . Moreover, places with convenient material flowing channel and near cities are suitable for constructing LNG processing plant.
