Experiences in International Seismic Project Construction

基于原四川石油物探公司4年来国际地震项目施工的实践,分析了国际地震项目施工的难点,总结出项目运作的一些心得。认为制定一个科学周全的计划、人性化地加强外方劳工管理、创造一个良好的施工人文环境和高度重视项目收尾阶段的工作,是国际地震项目施工运作必须高度重视的几个环节。

Based on practices of international seismic project construction by the original Sichuan Petroleum Geophysical Prospecting Company in the recent four years, according to analysis on difficulties of international seismic project construction, some experiences in seismic project operation has been concluded. It presents that, during project construction, more attention must be paid on links of making a scientific and mature plan, properly strengthening labor management of foreign party, creating a sound humanistic environment and paying high attention to project phase-out period.
