稀土固体超强酸催化合成乙酸环己酯的研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究了以稀土复合固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2/Ce^(4+)为催化剂合成乙酸环己酯的反应,在反应温度分别为100、110、120℃下,测出酯化反应的动力学参数,建立了动力学方程,并与无催化剂作用下合成乙酸环己酯反应的活化能及动力学方程进行了比较。实验结果表明,该催化酯化反应的优化合成条件是:乙酸用量为0.2621 mol时,醇酸摩尔比为1.5:1,催化剂用量为1.0g,带水剂环己烷的加入量为12mL。稀土复合固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/和TiO_2/Ce^(4+)可使反应的活化能明显降低,是合成乙酸环己酯的有效催化剂。 Synthesis of cyclohexyl acetate with rare earth composite solid superacid catalyst of SO4^3-/TiO3/Ce^4+was investigated. The kinetic parameters of reaction were measured at 10090,110℃ and 120~C respectively and the kinetic equation was thus built. which were compared with those of the reaction without catalyst. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: when the dosage of acetic acid was 0.2621mol, molar ratio of cyclohexanol to acetic acid was 1.5:1, the amounts of the catalyst was 1.0g, the dosage of cyclohexane as water-taking reagent was 12mL The activation energy of the reaction with solid super acidic catalyst was obviously lower than that of the reaction without catalyst. Suggesting that SO4^3-/TiO3/Ce^4+ was the effective catalyst for the synthesis of cyclohexyl acetate.
