激光烧结制备铌酸锂陶瓷研究 被引量:2

Investigation on laser sintering of LiNbO_3 ceramics

摘要 采用激光烧结制备铌酸锂陶瓷的研究。采用CO2激光直接辐照铌酸锂陶瓷素坯,激光功率为150 W,烧结温度为980℃左右。与采用传统固相反应烧结技术制备的铌酸锂陶瓷相比,激光烧结制备的铌酸锂陶瓷相对介电常数降低、易于极化、压电常数d33为6 pC/N。通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜和拉曼光谱表征,分析了激光烧结铌酸锂陶瓷的物相、显微结构和性能改变的机理。 The investigation on laser sintering of LiNbO3 ceramics is reported. The green patch of LiNbO3 ceramic was sintered by a 150 W CO2 laser,with sintering temperature around 980 ℃. Compared with that sintered by conventional solid state reaction technique, the dielectric permittivity of the LiNbO3 ceramic sintered by laser is lower, polarization of the ceramic is easier,and the piezoelectric constant d33 is 6 pC/N. By using the XRD,SEM and Raman spectra,the phase,microstructure,and the mechanism of property modification in laser sintered LiNhO3 ceramics were analyzed.
