农民工子女就学问题的对策思考

近年来,随着进城务工的农民工数量不断增加,农民工子女就学难问题凸现出来。究其原因,主要是我国现行的义务教育体制无法适应人口流动的变化。如何在现有的体制框架下解决农民工子女教育问题呢?笔者认为,政府应当担当主角,从制度层面提供支撑。同时,动员全社会力量,扩大资源供给,两条腿走路,共同推动问题的解决。

After peasant-workers increasingly ran into cities, their children＇education has become a big problem recently. The reason is that our compulsory education system could not meet the demands of the rapid-floating peasant-workers, How to solve the problem of their children＇s education under the exsiting compulsory education system？ The author argues that our government should undertake the responsibility and try to solve the problem from the institutional aspects. Meanwhile, the society-run mobilization of broadened supplies of resources can help solve these problems.
