摘要
物料粒度和硬度对辊压机挤压辊辊面磨损有非常大的影响。辊子的磨损机理是辊面的高应力磨料磨损和辊面亚表层的疲劳磨损的综合表现。辊压机辊面的破坏形式与辊面堆焊材料的性能和堆焊工艺方法、被粉碎物料的性能、辊压机运行的工作压力以及辊压机辊体的材料性能有着密切的关系。针对辊压机辊面的正常磨损、过度磨损、大面积剥落、超负荷运行、辊体本体性能和进入异物导致的破坏等不同破坏形式,郑州机械研究所采用自行研制开发的ZD系列焊丝、焊条,提出了三种修复方式:现场补焊、现场恢复尺寸与性能的堆焊修复、离线恢复尺寸与性能的堆焊修复。
The granularity and hardness of materials can exert tremendous influence on surface wear for extrusion roller of roller press.Wear and tear of rollers could be the resultant display incurred by both roller surface wear from high-stress material and fatigue wear in sub-surface layer of the roller.Different types of roller press surface failure are closely related to the properties of bead welding material, technique of bead welding,material properties to he crushed,working pressure during roller press operation,as well as the features of roller body material itself.Against the different roller surface failure types like failure caused by normal wear and tear,by over-worn,by spalling in large surface area,by over-loading operation,by unqualified roller body materials,and by foreign mater entering,Zhengzhou Research Institute of Machinery has developed ZD series welding wire and welding rod,and raised out three repair patterns as supplemental welding at site,overlay welding at site for recovering dimensions and performances,and off-line overlay welding for recovering dimensions and performances.
