摘要
对Slit试板的拘束度进行了有限元计算,提出了拘束度分布式:R_i=R_0/(1-x_i^2)^(1/2)。通过Slit试板拘束度的试验室测定结果以及对5万立方米储油罐和舰艇等两个实际结构的拘束度现场测试,证实了上述拘束度分布式是正确的,并适用于实际结构的测试。
A formula R_i =R_0/√1-x_i^2 to indicate the distribution of restraint inside weldment is introduced from the computing of restraint for slit plate with finit-element method. The correctness of the formula has been proved from the results measured for restraints both on the slit plate tested in lab. and on real structures carried out such as at a 5×10~4m^3 oil storage tank and a naval vessel.The formula established above will be suitable to analysis of real structures.
