摘要
应用ABT生根粉对玉米进行了多年的浸种试验和生产示范,并对作用机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明,以10mg/kg~15mg/kg的ABT4#增产作用最显著,平均增产13.37%,它可以促进玉米种子的萌发和幼苗的生长,促进各器官的发育,提高其抗旱性,每穗粒数和千粒重较对照分别增加了43.5个和37.1g。
Soaked seed experiment with ABT root inducing powder for dryland maize was conducted for years, and its action mechanism was investigated. The study result showed that 10 mg/kg to 15 mg/kg of ABT4/ increased yields significantly by an average of 13.37%. It promoted the sprouting of maize sedds and the growing of seedlings, stimulated the development of every organ and increased its drought resistance. Compared with CK, the grain number per spike and thousand weight increased 43.5 g and 37.1 g, respectively.
