为保证超高层建筑箱型柱的刚性和抗扭能力,在一定部位设置了隔板。文中对完成翼板与隔板的焊接后,采用熔嘴电渣焊完成腹板与隔板的焊接作了详细介绍。
In order to increase the rigidity and twisting resistance of box-beam column, a number of baffle plates are put inside the box beam. After assembling for wings and baffle plates by arc welding, the consumable guide electroslag welding has been used to finish the joints between webs and baffle plates. The procedure and results of electroslag welding are introduced in detail in the paper.
