摘要
探讨了青藏客车轮缘异常磨耗的原因,针对LM型轮缘踏面外形与50kg/m钢轨匹配不良的问题,基于现场测试的车轮外形数据,重新设计了与60kg/m钢轨和50kg/m钢轨配合时轮缘磨耗折中的QZ型轮缘踏面外形和检修用薄轮缘QZ—28型轮缘踏面外形,并对新踏面的动力学性能进行了分析。针对实际使用情况,建议车轮旋修时采用QZ—28外形。
The causes to abnormal wear of wheel flanges for Qingzang passenger cars are discussed.In view of the non-matching between the LM flange tread contour and the 50 kg/m rail,on the basis of the wheel contour data measured in field,the QZ wheel flange tread contour with the compromise wheel flange wear while operating with the 60 kg/m rail and the 50 kg/m rail as well as the thin wheel flange QZ-28 wheel flange tread contour for inspection and repair is designed again,and the dynamics performance of the new tread is analyzed.In light of the actual operation,it is suggested that the QZ-28 contour be applied in turning repair of wheels.
