摘要
将车体、构架和轮对视为多刚体系统,钢轨视为由有限间隔的离散轨枕支承的无限长Timoshenko梁,建立了地铁头车-轨道耦合动力学模型。以轨道不平顺作为输入激扰,计算了整车的振动响应,获得了二系空气弹簧与车体接触点处在三维空间内的振动载荷,发现轨道不平顺在垂向和横向引起的激励载荷幅值较大,而在纵向引起的激励载荷幅值较小。
By modelizing the carbody,frame and wheel-sets into a multiple rigid body system,disposing the rail into an infinite long Timoshenko sill supported by discrete sleepers with finite space,the head metro car-rail coupling dynamics model is set up.With the rail irregularity as the exciting input,the vibration response of a whole car is calculated,the vibration load at the contact point between the secondary air spring and the carbody in a three-dimensional space is obtained,and it is concluded that the load amplitudes excited by the rail irregularity at the vertical and lateral directions are fairly big,and the load amplitude excited at the longitudinal direction is fairly small.
