摘要
简介了自制固体脱墨剂的制备方法,并与两种进口脱墨剂在100t/d的脱墨生产线上进行了中试试验,从使用效果及经济效益方面进行比较。实践证明:自制脱墨剂具有优良的浮选脱墨效果,整个脱墨流程白度能提高9%ISO,效果好于进口脱墨剂,在成本方面也低于进口脱墨剂。
The method of preparation of self-made solid deinking agent is introduced and pilot plant test of two imported deinking agents were carried out in a 100t/d deinking production line and a comparison was made in application effect and economic benefit. The practice shows that the self-made deinking agent has fine floatation deinking effect with an increase of 9%iSO in whiteness for the whole deinking flow with a better effect and lower cost than that of the imported deinking agents.
