清热凉血方对血热型寻常型银屑病患者血清VEGF水平和PASI指数的影响

EFFECTS OF REMOVING HEAT FROM BLOOD PRESCRIPTION ON VEGF LEVEL AND PASI IN PSORIASIS VULGARIS (BLOOD HEAT TYPE) PATIENTS

目的:观察中药复方清热凉血方治疗银屑病的临床疗效并探讨其作用机理。方法:血热型寻常型银屑病患者31例,给予中药清热凉血方颗粒剂口服。治疗前后对病情严重程度进行PASI评分;采用ELISA方法检测血清VEGF水平。并用正常人17例作对照。结果:治疗后患者的PASI指数较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),血清VEGF水平明显下降(P<0.01);两者相关分析表明具有显著相关性。结论:清热凉血方对血清VEGF水平负的调节作用可能是其治疗银屑病的作用机理之一。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of removing heat from blood prescription on psoriasis vulgaris patients and discuss its mechanism. Methods: 31 cases with psoriasis vulgaris belonging to blood-heat type according to TCM differentiation of syndrome were given removing heat from blood prescription,the severity of psoriasis vulgaris was evaluated by PASI,serum VEGF level was determined by ELISA,PASI and VEGF were recorded before and after treated,17 normal persons were taken as control. Results: PASI were significantly decreased after treated with removing heat from blood prescription in psoriasis vulgaris patients,the level of VEGF were obviously lowered,too. There was obvious correlation between them. Conclusion: There is positive correlation between severity of psoriasis vulgaris and serum VEGF level; removing heat from blood prescription can effectively regulate the VEGF level,which maybe one of the mechanism.
