摘要
目的合成壳聚糖磷酸酯作为诱导生物组织矿化的生物大分子膜。方法对天然聚阳离子多糖—壳聚糖进行磷酸化本体改性,制备用于引导组织再生的壳聚糖膜。结果磷酸化壳聚糖可以诱导磷灰石晶体的生成,且其诱导能力与取代度有关系,较高取代度的磷酸化壳聚糖诱导磷灰石形成的能力反而不如取代度相对低的磷酸化壳聚糖。结论壳聚糖和磷酸化壳聚糖磷酸酯可以作为调控磷灰石晶体生长的有机基质模板;促进成骨细胞增殖和分化。
Objective To compose the phosphorelated chitosanester as the living things big molecule film guiding living things to organize mineralization. Methods The phosphorelated chitosan was changed nature. Preparation was used to lead to organize the chitosan film regenerating. Results The phosphorelated chitosan could guide apa- tite crystal coming into being,the person guided an ability and replaced had relation. The phosphorelated chitosan higher replaced shell glycan to guide the ability that the apatite forms to be inferior to the phosphorelated chitosan relatively low repon the contrary. Conclusion Chitosan and the the phosphorelated chitosan ester can be the form board regulating and controlling organic apatite crystal growth base material, and boost an osteoblast breeding and becoming division.
