摘要
目的探讨低能量激光对于颌骨新生过程中成骨细胞增殖的影响。方法选择健康成年杂种狗5只,于两侧颏孔区形成骨折,右侧以低能量激光照射骨折区,每日一次10min(每日总剂量108J),持续12d,采用免疫组化抗体PCNA测量骨折边缘新生骨细胞增生量。结果两侧均有PCNA阳性反应细胞,右侧骨折缺损区正反应细胞大量增生,与左侧对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.001)。结论低能量激光能刺激和促进骨新生,有利于骨折愈合。
Objective To study the effect of low energy laser irradiation on cellular proliferation of the mandibular fracture. Methods To detect the initial change. Five-beagle were used in this study,the had been fractured the bilateral mandibular. Low energy laser irradiation was applied on fight side to irradiate the fractured area for 10 minutes per day for 12 days (total energy:108 J/d). Immunohistochemical staining of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) was performed to evaluate celluar proliferation on bone margin. Results The bilateral fractured area have cellular proliferation, the laser irradiation group presented the higher cellular proliferation rate PCNA-Positive (P〈0.001) than that of nonirradiation group. Conclusion The effect of study suggests that the low energy laser irradiation can stimulate and accelerate the bone regeneration.
