反应条件对苯丙乳液共聚中阳离子单体转化率的影响

摘要 系统地研究了苯乙烯(S t)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和阳离子单体二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DADM AC)共聚反应中反应温度、引发剂、乳化剂、单体质量分数和单体比例等因素对DADM AC转化率、单体总转化率和乳液阳电荷密度的影响.结果表明:反应条件对DADM AC的转化率影响较大,DADM AC的转化率随其质量比和S t与BA的质量比的增加而减小,随AM质量比、引发剂用量、乳化剂用量及单体质量分数的增加而增大.在温度为75℃时,单体总转化率、DADM AC的转化率及乳液阳电荷密度最大,当阳离子单体质量分数稍大于5%时,单体总转化率可达94.6%. The factors which affect the total monomer conversion , DADMAC conversion and cationic charge density were investigated, such as the temperature, mass ratio of monomers, mass fraction of initiator, emulsifier and total monomers. The results showed that the effect of condition on DADMAC conversion in emulsion copolymerization of ST-BA- AM-DADMAC was great. With the increase of the mass ratio of DADMAC and monomers (m (St) :m (BA)), DADMAC conversion decreased. With the increase of the mass fraction of initiator, emulsifier and monomer, DADMAC conversion increased. When the temperature was 75 ℃, total monomer conversion, DADMAC conversion, cationic charge density were most. When the mass fraction of cationic monomer was a little more than 5%, the total monomer conversion could be 94.6%.
