Absorption Spectrometry Identification Between Bark of Silktree Albizziae and Bark of Silktree Albizziae Kaldora

目的:提供合欢皮与山合欢皮的一种新的鉴别方法。方法:采用分光光度法测定合欢皮与山合欢皮溶血反应后在特定波长处的吸收度,对其进行比较分析。结果:合欢皮与山合欢皮之间有明显而稳定的差异。结论:分光光度法可以作为鉴别合欢皮与山合欢皮的准确可靠的方法。

Objective ： To provide a new identification method between Bark of Silktree Albizziae and Bark of Silktree Albizziae kaldora. Method ： Used gel electrophoresis technique to analyze. Result： There are difference between UV spectrum of Bark of Silktree Albizziae and Bark of Silktree Albizziae kaldora. Conclusion： UV spectra is an effective method for identification of Bark of Silktree Albizziae and Bark of Silktree Albizziae kaldora.
