Advancement of Knee Osteoarthritis Treatments

膝骨性关节炎是骨科的难题之一,该病多发于老年人。目前治疗方法较多,大致可分为保守治疗和手术治疗两大类,但由于其确切病因和发病机制仍不太清楚,尚未有一种治疗方法能够完全逆转OA的病变过程。本文就膝OA的各种治疗方法做一综述,以期为临床提供一定的参考。

Knee Osteoarthritis is a tough disease in orthopedics, Most patients of this disease are olds. There are kinds of methods to treat it at present, including expectant treatments and operation treatments. However, none of them could totally cure knee OA as it＇s causation and pathogenesis are still not clear. This article makes a review on advancement of knee osteoarthritis treatments, looks forward to providing some references on treating it.
