小麦单体在减数分裂中期Ⅰ与其植株主要形态特征和温度关系的研究

STUDY ON WHEAT MONOMER DURING MEIOSIS METAPHASE Ⅰ AND RELATION BETWEEN IT'S MAIN MORPHOLOGY AND TEMPERATURE

本试验选用“中国春”小麦单体为材料，研究小麦单体花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ，n－1个双价体外的单价体明显出现在赤道板上时叶枕距、幼穗长度、花药长度的主要形态指标及其与时间、温度关系的规律。

The monomer of the wheat 'Chinese Spring' is chosen as an experimental object to study the meiosis metaphase I of pollen mother cell of the wheat monomer; and the main morphological index of the distance between leaf pedstals, ear length and anther length, and the regularity between the index and time and temperature when the univalent body outside n-1 bivalent obviously appears on the equatorial plate.
