经济全球化进程中的数字鸿沟--基于跨国面板数据的分析 被引量：6

摘要 "数字鸿沟"主要指不同国家在信息技术发展水平上的差距。本文把信息化水平区分为传统信息技术和新兴信息技术,首次把国家按收入分成不同的类别,利用面板数据对"数字鸿沟"的成因进行计量分析,发现对外开放度、知识发展水平、收入水平这些因素不仅对不同收入水平国家的影响是不同的,而且对传统信息技术水平和新兴信息技术水平的影响也是不同的,因而我们在政策上应区别对待,才有可能跨越"数字鸿沟",分享"数字红利"。
