试论下岗职工的再就业问题

A DISCUSSION ON THE REEMPLOYMENT OF THE LAID OFF WORKERS

随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和国有企业改革力度的加大，我国城镇的就业矛盾越来越尖锐，这一问题如果解决不好，不仅会影响到经济体制改革的顺利进行，而且还会影响国家的长治久安，本文从三个方面对我国下岗职工的再就业问题进行了阐述，力求为我国的下岗职工再就业寻找行之有效的途径。

With the establishment of the socialist market economy and the strengthening of the reformation in state-owned enterprises, the problem of employment in cities of China has become increasingly increase. If this issue is not been handled properly, then not only will the economic reform process suffer, the national stability also will be challenged. This artile discussed the reemployment of the laid off workers from three aspects and tried to find effective solutions to the unemployment problem of workers.
