摘要
本文通过对复合水泥的主要力学性能的试验研究,得出了复合水泥的基本性能、特点和应用方向。同时还应用扫描电镜、X射线及压汞测孔等现代仪器测试手段及化学分析的方法,研究其水化产物宏观和微观的特性效应,对优选的结果进行系统的技术性能检测,以证明其复合效应。而且对影响多复合水泥强度的各因素的变化规律,进行了全面地分析研究,得出复合水泥具有宏观和微观上的复合效应,从而为复合水泥成为第六种通用水泥提供了理论依据,为使水泥的生产和使用产生明显地社会效益和经济效益做了一次偿试。
The study carried out to test physical and mechanical properties of composite cement, and got the basic property and the applicable way in this paper. We also adopted the modern instrument, SEM XRD and chemical analysis for studying the properties of hydration products, the effect in macroscopic and microscopic properties. The optimum seeking result had been carried out a series of tests of technical properties in order to prove a 'synergistic effect '. The paper overall analysed and studied various laws of different factors of influencing composite cement strength. We gor a 'synergistic effect' of composite cement in macrocosm and microscosm. Therefore, the paper provided a theoretical basis for composite cement for the sixth current cement. It will produce an obvious social and economic benefit.
