Design and implementation of a vibration style detecting system for prevention of ladle slag carry over

摘要 提出了一种振动式钢包下渣检测系统设计实现方案。通过安装在连铸机操作臂上的振动传感器采集钢水振动信号,进而进行处理与相关控制操作,较好地解决了其他下渣检测方法存在的不易安装维护、使用寿命较短等问题。在台湾丰兴钢铁公司的现场应用结果表明,该系统能够实现下渣提前预警,检测效率达到99%以上。 Design and implementation of a vibration style detecting system for prevention of ladle slag carry over were introduced. Signals of liquid steel vibration can be collected by a vibration sensor mounted on a operation arm in a caster. Correspondent operation control can be realized based on the data analysis. Problems existing in other slag detecting methods such as installation and maintenance difficulties, and short service life were solved. Application results at Taiwan Fengxing Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. show that this system can give precaution of slag carry over. Detecting efficiency can reach to more than 99%,
