莱钢板坯连铸机的改造

Revamping on slab caster at Laiwu Steel

莱钢银山型钢炼钢厂原2号连铸机存在机型落后、装备陈旧、控制精度低等问题,造成设备故障率高、铸机维护费用高、产量低。经过全面论证后,决定对原有铸机进行改造。改造后的铸机运行良好,产量、质量得到了较大提高。

ABSTRACT The lower control precision and higher failure rate existed in the No. 2 slab caster at Yinshan Steelmaking Plant of Laiwu Steel,which result in high maintenance cost and low output. Tech- nical revamping for the slab caster was introduced. A comparison of produetion：tion practice between the old and the new caster was made. It is shown that the quality and production of slab was enhanced.
