摘要
大田条件下,利用示踪技术研究了两个不同穗型的冬小麦品种根系吸收活力空间分布变化的差异。结果表明,从返青到挑旗阶段在垂直深度20cm,水平距离0~20cm的土体内,大穗型品种78-3根系吸收活力的增加明显高于多穗型品种鲁麦14。以后,78-3的根系吸收活力的降低幅度也显著大于鲁麦14,其活力的绝对值低于鲁麦14。两品种根系吸收活力的分布范围相差不大。后期根系吸收活力的相对降低,是78-3千粒重下降或籽粒产量下降的主要原因。
The differences of root absorption activities between two different spike type varieties of winter wheat in space distribution were studied by using raidotracer technique on field.The results showed that from reviving to flaging stage the root absorption activities of variety 783(large spike type) was significantly higher than that of Lumai14(small spike type) in soil mass,from 0 cm to 20 cm on lateral direction and depth about 10 cm, whose centre is central injection position or central plant on lateral directions. After flaging stage,the root absorption activities of 783 were significantly lower than that of Lumai14 in the same soil mass. The difference in distribution extent of root absorption activities between two varieties was not significant. The main reason for lower grain yield of 783 was significant decrease of root absorption activity on mid and later period.
