Mult-platform based Technical Framework and Service Popularizing Model of Express Bridges Maintenance Management System

采用移动平台进行现场信息采集和规格化输入;采用单机版系统进行信息组织,并生成综合养护管理评分和评价;采用网络版系统向用户实时发布具有严格权限控制的养护信息报表。高速公路桥梁养护管理系统通过高效的数据交换技术以及整合以上3个子系统的优势,实现了高速公路桥梁养护管理全过程的自动化、智能化和网络化。多系统协同运作的特点,也使得建立在系统管理员、养护管理单位与普通用户三者之间的快捷沟通成为可能。从而为高速公路桥梁养护管理全过程实现一整套完善的、高度信息共享的解决方案。

Mobile platform-based program was built to collect maintenance information in normalized format in the field-work. PC platform-based software program was used to proceed the initial data and generate composite maintenance management evaluation. Web platform-based application was built to release the formatted information to special clients with different rights. Technical framework composed by all the three parts was related to each other upon the application of message-switching technique. By integrating the advantage of the three platforms, the technical framework is expected to provide entirely new popularizing model based on shortcut communication mechanism.
