一种新型车灯色度检测软件系统的设计与实现

摘要 为实现对车灯色度的快速、准确测量,设计了一种车灯色度检测软件系统。系统基于VisualC++.net平台开发,分为信号采集与控制层、运算处理层、用户层,各层之间既相互独立又有机的组合成一个整体。采用小波滤波方法对CCD接收到的含噪光谱信号进行处理,有效地除去了光谱信号中的噪声干扰;利用网络通信技术以降低系统对空间的要求,操作人员可在远离检测设备的控制室内对检测过程进行控制;使用SQL server数据库存储相关参数及测试结果。通过实际测量检验表明:系统色度精度为≤0.005,完全达到国家标准的要求,具有高速、稳定、重复性好、测量信息量大、扩展方便等特点。 In order to realize quick and exact color measurement for automobile lamp, a software system was established. Based on Visual C++. net platform developmeat, the system was divided into three layers: data acquisition and control layer, operation and computing layer, and user layer. The three layers were independent, and could form an organic system. Wavelet de-noising method was used to dea with the noise in signal received by CCD, which removed noise effectively. Network corranunication technology was used to reduce system's space request. The tester could do his work in control room, which was far from the testing device. The SQL server database was used to store relative parame- ter and test results. The experimental results indicate that the chrominance precision of the system is ≤0. 005, which meets the national standard. The system has such features as high-speed, stability, repeatability, informativeness in measurement, and convenience in expansion, which is valuable in application.
