摘要
艺术中的现代主义有两个共同特征:一是重视艺术策略的发明与实施,二是追求艺术语言的混合杂配。其表现形式也有两种,其一是直接描绘现代社会,坚持如下信念:即工业化将人类带进了一个全新的时代,而艺术必须探究这个时代,并对以往所有观念进行质疑。由此而产生了第二种形式,即对纯艺术观念和实践进行绝对化革新。库尔贝的作品是现代性策略的化身,而布雷克的画面则是混合杂交特征的典型。
Modernism in art has two common characters: one is stressing on the invention and practice of art strategy, and the other is seeking combination and mixing of art languages. There are two expressing ways: one is depicting the modern society directly with the faith that industrialization has brought the human beings to a absolutely new time, but art has to explore this time and doubted all the ideas in the past. In this case, we get the other expressing way: to absolutely revolute fine art idea and practice. Gustave Courbet's works were the embodiment of the strategy of modernity, while Blaque's paintings were with typical mixing character.
