三点弯曲裂纹张开柔度的实验研究

摘要 运用裂纹张开柔度法对ASTME399-1990和GB/T4161-1984中三点弯曲试样测试断裂韧度KIC中的线弹性加载特性进行实验研究,结合疲劳裂纹扩展过程,得出GB/T4161对试样加载平行度要求过严的结论,提出平行度放宽到0.05 W的范围。 The linear elastic loading characteristics of the three - point bend specimen in the ASTM E399 - 1990 and GB/T4161 - 1984 has been tested in the laboratory by means of crack mouth opening compliance method during testing fracture toughness KIC and in combination with the study on the process of proliferation of the fatigue fracture it's concluded that the constrain condition of contact face provided by GB/T4161 is too severe. An operative suggestion to relieve the constrain condition to certain extent is also presented.
