摘要
介绍板坯火焰切割机设备改造的原理、工作流程及其在实际生产中的自动控制过程,对连铸板坯火焰切割机进行全新改造,并在方坯连铸事故切割上应用,使事故状态下铸坯切成率由手工切割的40%提高到99%。
The present paper introduces the principles, working flow and the automatic control process for the revamp of the fire cutting machine and application of the process in cutting slab into bloom under the accidental conditions. As the results the cutting rate of the continuous casting slab is raised to 99 % from the original 40 % by manual process.
