主要介绍新日铁公司家电板处理的目的、方法与性能、替代铬酸盐处理钢板的开发、铬酸盐钝化处理的机理、使用与铬酸盐钝化处理同样功能的特殊膜以实现铬酸盐替代、预涂层钢板、采用独特的涂敷方式生产高性能产品、家电用表面处理钢板的开发动向等。
The present paper mainly introduces the purpose, method and performance of the steel sheet for household appliance in Nippon Steel Corp., development of the steel sheets in substitution of the chromate treated steel sheet, the mechanism of chromate passivation treatment, use of the special film having similar function of chromate passivtion treatment in order to substitute chromate, steel sheet pre - coating, adoption of unique coating method to produce the steel sheet with high property and trend of development of the surface treated steel sheet for household appliance etc.
