摘要
通过对航天、航空飞行器管路系统常用材料(铝合金和不锈钢)的薄壁、小直径异材管路结构高频感应钎焊工艺试验研究,重点叙述了试验工艺、分析了影响接头质量的主要因素,并观察分析了接头微观组织和元素分布情况。结果表明:采用本试验研究中确认的合理工艺参数(钎料为Al-Si、钎剂为自制铝钎剂、装配间隙为0.04~0.1mm、搭接长度为3mm、钎焊电流为220A、钎焊时间为30~33s)焊接,能够获得质量优良和满足性能要求的不锈钢和铝合金导管钎焊接头,为航天、航空飞行器薄壁、小直径异材管路结构的工程应用提供了技术基础。
The experimental study was carried out on the high frequency induction brazing of thin-wall, smalldiameter dissimilar metals tubes structure, such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy, which were common metals used in tube system in space technology and aircraft etc. The influence factors on the brazed joint quality were discussed, and the microstructure and the element profile in the brazed joint were observed and analyzed. The results indicated that, by using the optimized parameters ( the filler metal is Al - Si alloy filler metal, and the flux is Aluminum brazing flux developed by ourselves, and the brazing clearance is selected from 0.04 mm to 0.1 mm, the lapped length is 3 ram, and the heating current is 220 A, the heating time is 30 -33 s) in this study, the brazed joint with good quality and property of stainless steel and aluminum alloy is easily obtained. The study can provide the technique base for actual application of thin-wall, small-diameter dissimilar metals tubes structure in space and aircraft technology etc.
