摘要 应用应力松弛理论,分析时效成形的影响因素,设计误差可调的纯弯曲变形试验装置,通过正交试验获得T、t、R0对目标η的影响的主次顺序,研究结果为建立成形参数与弯曲半径之间的函数关系以及回弹预测提供参考依据。 The factors affecting age forming were analyzed based on stress relaxation theory. A pure bending experimental device which error can be adjusted was designed. The importance of deformation parameters to forming efficiency is worked out by means of orthogonal experiment with 2A12CZ alloy,useful to establish a function relation between the deformation parameters and bending radius and predict the springback.
