摘要
以中国香菇主栽品种苏香为材料,利用现代分子生物学技术扩增获得DNA指纹图谱,以此估算出同一菌种子实体菇肉、菇柄组织分离物与菌丝体DNA相似系数,并构建了遗传相关聚类图,结果显示,同一菌种子实体的菇柄组织分离物与菌丝体的遗传相关性可能低于菇肉。
In present study,the main shiitake culativar Suxiang was chosen and used as material. The amplified DNA fingerprintings of the cultivar were obtained by modern molecu-lar biological techniques. The DNA similarity coefficients of mycelium,tissue isolates from stipe and context of the same fruitbody were estimated and the cluster dendrogram was con-structed based on the DNA Fingerprintings. The results showed that the molecular genetic relationship between mycelium and tissue isolate from stipe is probably lower than that be-tWeen mycelium and tissue isolate from context.
