A Research on Organizations of Human Smuggling

从2000年开始,研究小组在中国和美国两地取样研究了129个"蛇头",对偷渡组织的形成原因、组织结构、内部分工、组织约束力和上层影响力、兴衰周期等特征及偷渡组织与传统的犯罪组织的区别进行比较研究,这一研究有助于我们能够更客观、准确地认识偷渡组织的规律与特点,认识二十年来偷渡现象发展变化的背景和原因。

The research group took a sample of 129 ＂snakeheads＂ both in China and America Since 2000 year, and then researched into the cause of organization＇s formation, its construction, inner labordivision, the power to bind all parts together, the authority of its higher rank etc. , and made a comparison between smuggling organization and traditional criminal organization. Doing such work can help us to get a more objective and exact understanding of smuggling activities lasting two decades and variation.
