摘要
杀伤力通常指射击弹丸足以致人伤亡或者丧失知觉的能力。通过不同初速和断面比动能的同种弹丸对两类模拟靶的侵彻能力实验研究,可以得出当射击弹丸断面比动能达到16J/cm2时具备杀伤力的结论。
The meaning of shooting bullet lethality is the capability of making, people hurt or losing sense. The article compares the difference between the inlay capability of same kind bullets with different speed and different Cross Section Ratio Kinetic Energy and get a result that the bullet with 16J/cm^2 power could have lethality.
