摘要
本文利用英国Instron材料试验机,测定了短碳纤维增强聚芳醚酮复合材料(SCF/PEK-C)的弯曲强度及复合材料中的碳纤维的临界长度(1c),利用西德的偏光显微镜测定了复合材料中的纤维长度分布,讨论了复合材料中纤维的平均长度及分布对材料力学性能的影响,结果表明:复合材料中小于1c的纤维越多,材料力学性能下降得越多。
The average length and length distribution of carbon fibers in the composites,and flex strength of composites were determined by aid of polarizing misroscope and material tester.The critical length of carbon fibers in the composites was measured. The result shows that,the critical length of carbon fibers in the composites was 0.183mm.The more was the carbon fibers which length were shorter than 1c,the more descend was mechanics performance of the composites.
