摘要
以γ－ＧＯＰＳ和ＰＥＧ－４００处理多孔硅胶表面的羟基。采用少量处理剂和较短的键合反应时间，获得了脱吸附性和亲水性好的改性硅胶，用于水溶性聚合物ＰＡＭ的ＧＰＣ测定，得到满意结果。
The hydroxy of surface for porous silicagel was treated by γ-GOPS and PEG-400.The modified silicagels sith excellent deadsorption and hydrophilic preperty were obtained,using small dose of the treated agents and short time.The modified silicagels were applied to determination of GPC of PAM.
