摘要
报导了氯铝酞菁(AlClPc)在一定温度下直接磺化过程,反应时间对反应产物的影响.对磺化产物进行了元素分析、UV/VIS、IR光谱表征,并利用逆相高效液相色谱(HPLC)进行分析和分离.分离得到的四磺基氯铝酞菁(AlClPcTS)作为光敏剂对荷瘤鼠(S180)进行光动力治疗(PDT)试验,结果表明抑瘤率可达84.84%.
The chloroaluminum sulfophthalocyanines (AlClPcSx) was prepared by direct sulfonation of AlClPc, but the resulting products were a kind of mixture of sulfonated products and constitutional isomers. The tetrasulfonated chloroaluminum phthalocyanine (AlClPcTS) was separated by the reverse phase HPLC from the sulfonated products of AlClPc. The photodynamic therapy effects of AlClPcTS in vivo showed that the growth of S180 solid carcinoma in mice was inhibited significantly. The inhibitory rate was 84.84%.
