Study on the Methods of Design Budget Estimate Making in China Railway Engineering

从我国铁路工程设计概算编制价和竣工价两方面入手，分析了现行编制办法中的不足之处，提出了更加科学、准确的确定铁路工程造价的方法．

The shortcomings in current budget estimation are analysed from the cost of design budget estimate making and the cost of completion in our railway engineering.And also,the more rational and accurate methods of budget estirnation in making railway constraction cost are proposed in this paper.
