国人应用新式微创经骶骨前入路腰骶椎融合术的影像学可行性分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的分析新式微创经骶骨前入路腰骶椎融合术应用于国人的可行性。方法对我国正常男女2组(各100例,年龄为20~30岁)腰骶椎侧位X线片的相关解剖指标进行测量和统计学分析,参考国外相关手术方式,进行比较、分析。结果我国正常男女腰骶椎影像解剖数据显示存在一条符合新式微创经骶骨前入路腰骶椎融合术要求的手术路径,但手术切口和骶骨手术进入点的位置均与国外手术方式不同。结论新式微创经骶骨前入路腰骶椎融合术对于国人是可行的,但是其具体的手术方式与欧美人不同,有自己的特点。 Objective To analyze the feasibility of a new minimally-invasive lumbosacral fusion via presacral approach used to native. Methods They are observed that LP lumbosacral plain films of 100 males and 100 females, who are in 20 - 30 years old and normal. The related anatomical data of lumbosacral vertebrae is measured and statistically analyzed. At the base of these, confered to the related foreign surgery, it is evaluated whether the new minimally-invasive lumbosacral fusion via presacral approach is used to the native. Results A surgery approach is discovered in the anatomical data of the native lumbosacral vertebrae that is fit to the new minimally-invasive presacral lumbosacral fusion. But it is different with the foreign in the points of entry on the skin and sacrum. Conclusion It is feasible that the new minimally-invasive lumbosacral fusion via presacral approach is used to the native. But the actual approach is different with the westerner and has its own feature.
