摘要
该文以2,6二氟苯甲腈和间苯二酚为原料,利用溶液高温缩聚制备聚芳醚腈[Poly(cyanoarylether)PCE].同时,用IR对PCE分子结构进行了表征;还用DSC进行了聚合物的热性能测定.讨论了反应温度、碱的种类、聚合物的浓度、反应时间,以及水对合成的影响.结果表明,在N甲基吡咯烷酮溶液中,温度在200℃时聚合4h,同时加入一定量的水,得到的高聚物具有高分子量和耐高温性能.
:A kind of (poly(cyanoarylether) PCE) of high molecular weight could be prepared by the solution polycondensation of 2,6-propenties of PCE were studied by IR,DSC.We mainly discussed how to affact reaction's temperature,base,polymer's concentration,reaction's time and water in the paper.The result show that the PCE,which has high molecular weight and the heat resisting quality,was synthesized through adding a little water in Nmethylpyrrolidene.
