手术室专科化管理的应用与体会

The application of operating room's specialized management and its experience

目的:探讨手术室实施专科化管理的成效。方法:通过手术护士配合相对固定、护士与病区相对固定、手术间和专科仪器设备责任制管理、专科护士的弹性排班以及系统化培训与考核,比较专科化管理实施前后手术室护理工作的满意度。结果:手术室实施专科化管理之后,护理工作的满意度显著提高。结论:专科化管理的实施,提高手术室的护理质量,使护患关系更加和谐,医护氛围更加融洽,是现代医院建设和学科专业化发展的方向。

Objective： To discuss the effect of specialized management in operating room. Methods： The measures, suchas the fixed relationship between nurses and districts, the responsibility system of the management of operating room and specialized instruments, the systemic training and examination etc., were adopted in hospital. Investigation of satisfaction degree was made before and after the adoption of these measures. Results： The degree of satisfaction toward nursing service improved notably after the adoption of these measures. Conclusion： The spe- cialization of management can improve the quality of nursing and make the relationship between nurses and patients more harmonious. It indicates the direction of the development of modern hospital and the specialization of subjects.
